Sharing your personal data?

Your personal data is stored on the servers of third parties at the Tier 3 datacenter of The Datacenter Group in Amsterdam. Your data will be processed in the Netherlands. Backups are made in the data center in Amsterdam and at another location in the Netherlands.

Your data can also be transferred by Facebook to the United States. You can view the privacy policy of Facebook on their website.

Your data is also stored in a third party CRM that we use from them. Your data will be transferred to servers located in the United States. You can view Hubspot’s privacy policy on their website.

We use a third party accounting system. This is system resides on a local computer. The backups are securely synchronized via the internet to another location in the Netherlands.

Your details are also contained in proposals, a schedule of requirements and an action plan that we draw up. These documents are shared internally for production purposes among our staff.
